Move With Apps (or) Software:

Nowadays lots of apps are available to easily transfer the files. The best, in my opinion is Airdroid. Actually Airdroid is one of the more popular apps to transfer files. There’s a full-fledged file manager to share files between computers. It can even find a lost phone not only this, there are many apps such as we transfer files like as portal, push bullet, cloud storage etc…

Use an USB:

USB is a good helper for transferring files usually. First plug the USB to the source computer and copy the data or files to the USB flash drive and then plug the USB flash drive into the destination Computer and paste the files into the required Computer. I think this is the easiest way and I think USB flash drives are available to everyone.

Share with Bluetooth:

  1. Open your Computer go to settings and select the Bluetooth option On.
  2. In Bluetooth settings, select send or receive files via Bluetooth.
  3. Select the files you want to send and choose the device you want to share.
  4. Select the Browse >> open >> next to send the files.
  5. If you want to receive the files via Bluetooth then keep Bluetooth on.
  6. Make sure that both the Computer are paired.
  7. In Bluetooth settings, select receive files and the files in your computer.

Share to Email:

You can most type of files over Email. Not everyone has the fancy apps, services, so that’s where email can be a life saver.

  1. Click on the files and save in the Google drive.
  2. Then select the files which you want to attach.
  3. After that send the attachment files to the other email
  4. Finally, they can save the files on their computers.

Using an Easy Transfer Cable:

Some USB cables are referred as file-transfer cables or bridge cables. It’s faster than using drives. It save you time since you do not need an external deice to first upload the data in order to transfer to a different computer.

  1. Connect one end of the cable to the source computer and the other end to the destination computer.
  2. Click on the little plus sign to expand “system devices”, Check to make sure your USB cable listed as “Hi-speed USB Bridge Cable”.
  3. Select the folders and files which you want to transfer and drop then to the desired location. Disconnect the cable when the transfer is done.

Conclusion:

In Email you can transfer only small files. Whereas by using a transfer cable you can easily transfer large files but the two computers should be near. In case you are somewhere then I prefer share files using apps, this is the best choice for transferring the files for long distances. Nowadays Wi-Fi is available for everyone, so we can easily use apps to transfer files between two sources.
