<= iOS 9"Settings" >> "General Settings" >> "Profile" click on "Trust".
iOS 9.2 & 9.3 >="Settings" >> "General Settings" >> "Device Management" >> "Profile" click on "Trust".

If your iOS version is below 9:

  1. First of all navigate to “Settings” on your iPhone, iPad.
  2. After that tap on “General Settings,” >> and click on “Profile” option.
  3. On this page, you may find some apps which are facing Untrusted Enterprise Developer issues.
  4. Choose the app corresponding to the app that iPhone doesn’t let you open.
  5. Finally, tap on the “Trust” button to confirm that you are trusting that app to open it.

If your iOS version is above 9:

  • Navigate to “Settings” >>  “General Settings“.
  • Here check for the “Device Management” option, if you find tap on it.
  • Now you are on the app page which your iPhone doesn’t let you open.
  • Choose the right one tap on “Trust“.

Now go back to your home screen, tap on the app which you want to open. I think you didn’t face any error because the app is trusted to work on your iPhone, iPad by you personally. After following the steps you can trust non-App Store apps manually.
